The ‘Agenda Builder’ add-in will allow you to create meetings and build the agenda within Outlook.
With Agenda Builder for MeetingSquared building agendas and attaching documents can be accomplished quickly and easily via your Outlook inbox. And once you have a meeting, you can add emails and attachments directly from Outlook to your agenda to be discussed.
The Agenda Builder works with your SharePoint setup, so when you have created your meeting and its agenda with the add-in, it will be available to view on all devices straight away.
Please note, the same account must be used for both Outlook and SharePoint to ensure Agenda Builder will work with MeetingSquared.
MeetingSquared is available on all iOS, Windows and Android platforms so whatever device you have, any meeting attendee will have all the emails, documents and agenda available on their device for the meeting.
